Andrew Latty

Born and raised in Ottawa’s south-end, Andrew has been involved in the community through sports, his family’s small business, and his non-profit Bench the Barriers organization that raises awareness for athlete mental health and addiction.

Andrew’s passion for entrepreneurship and real estate has led him to be a real estate investor for over a decade, as well being the owner of a marketing and branding company. Andrew prides himself on being knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge with his clients to help them reach their real estate goals.

Fun fact: Andrew attended Carleton University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law with a concentration in business, while playing soccer for the men’s varsity program. Andrew was also named All-Canadian, OUA East Player of the Year and received the community service award.

Bridget Sullivan

Bridget entered the Real Estate industry during a very complex and competitive market. Despite the challenges, she thrived and found not only success, but also her passion.  Bridget's analytic nature and aptitude for numbers has led her into the multi-residential/commercial side of the business. This sector of the industry continues to be male dominated, and Bridget strives to become the leading female name in Ottawa’s Commercial sector.

Her relaxed approach and outgoing personality ensures the process to be stress-free and fun for her clients. Bridget’s passion lies in discovering the unknowns and “what-if’s".   She is both a strategic and firm negotiator and her clients can rest easy knowing that their best interests are always being represented.

Bridget grew up an hour outside of Ottawa and appreciates the value of small-town charm with accessibility to the city. Upon moving to Ottawa seven years ago, Bridget realized that Ottawa really has it all. She loves being able to experience all that the city life has to offer while also feeling part of a small, safe community. 

After graduating from Carleton University, Bridget worked in both hospitality and media production which sharpened her customer service and marketing skills. During her personal time, Bridget enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family on the lake.

Bridget understands that buying and selling real estate is an extremely important and delicate process, and her top priority is assisting her clients to make informed decisions. Maintaining integrity is of the utmost importance to her and she approaches every real estate transaction as if it were her own.
