Andrew Latty
Born and raised in Ottawa’s south-end, Andrew has been involved in the community through sports, his family’s small business, and his non-profit Bench the Barriers organization that raises awareness for athlete mental health and addiction.
Andrew’s passion for entrepreneurship and real estate has led him to be a real estate investor for over a decade, as well being the owner of a marketing and branding company. Andrew prides himself on being knowledgeable, dedicated, and trustworthy. He looks forward to sharing his knowledge with his clients to help them reach their real estate goals.
Fun fact: Andrew attended Carleton University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law with a concentration in business, while playing soccer for the men’s varsity program. Andrew was also named All-Canadian, OUA East Player of the Year and received the community service award.

Bridget Sullivan
Bridget Sullivan’s path to real estate was shaped by equal parts heart, creativity, and a lifelong love of homes. Originally from the Perth area, Bridget moved to Ottawa to attend Carleton University, where she earned a degree in Psychology. From the beginning, she knew her career needed to involve helping people — but also challenge her creatively and strategically.
That blend came naturally through real estate. Bridget grew up surrounded by a deep appreciation for homes and design, sharing her mom’s passion for interiors and thoughtful spaces. On her dad’s side, her family ran the Perth Flea Market, sparking an early love for antiques, craftsmanship, and character homes — the kind with stories, soul, and potential. Long before it became reality, Bridget dreamed of flipping houses and bringing new life to old spaces.
Today, Bridget and her husband have a couple home flips under their belt — and have officially caught the bug. That hands-on experience gives her a unique edge, whether she’s helping buyers envision what a home could become or ensuring sellers present their property in the strongest possible light.
Bridget truly loves real estate — not just the transactions, but the people behind them. She is deeply invested in helping her buyers find homes that fit their lives and futures, and just as committed to helping her sellers succeed financially through smart strategy, honest guidance, and thoughtful marketing.
